What is the purpose of the Two-Cover Archiving Folder?

With the Two-Cover Archiving Folder, you can organize the physical files of your company, office, or studio, preventing loss and deterioration of important documents.

What is the Two-Cover Archiving Folder made of?

The two-cover archiving folder consists of two covers made from Jute materials (natural cardboard). You can use plastic file fasteners, allowing storage of up to 200 sheets.

The two-cover archiving folder is an essential accessory for organizing and archiving documents securely and neatly. Designed for school, work, or personal use, this folder allows you to store punched sheets thanks to its high-strength archiving mechanism.

We have two variants based on the cardboard material:

  • Standard cardboard: resistant and lightweight, ideal for everyday use.

  • Reinforced cardboard: thicker and more durable, designed for intensive or prolonged use.

  • White Deacidified Cardboard: Acid-free, 600-gram rigid cardboard. Includes a plastic archiving fastener.

Additionally, we offer a version reinforced with fabric in the archiving area, which improves resistance to repeated opening and closing, protecting that key part from wear. It has an enameled exterior, which gives it a glossy finish, makes it easy to clean, and more resistant to moisture. They also include a tail, an additional tab to facilitate opening, handling, or identification.

The importance of organizing

It is important to keep all documentation related to, for example, employees in order. Discovering the phone number or address of the work group or files in archive centers in law offices or courts. They are two cardboard covers with an archiving fastener, to secure the documents which should not be attached to the folder, but to the fastener, and this goes inside it.As for the documents that are archived, they should be arranged chronologically from beginning to end, that is, like reading a book, respecting the original order, which is why it is recommended to insert the archiving fastener through the top cover of the fastener and close it through the back cover, this will make it easier to archive the last documents. If another material is used, for example jute cardboard, a white bond paper sheet should be placed at the beginning and end of the archive to protect the documents from the acidity of the cardboard. If possible, mark it previously with the institution’s logo and the scheme for filling in the content data. The images are references and examplesGet help with this reference in this videohttps://youtu.be/DGRZsfzGE9Y
