How to use an AZ lever arch file?

The holes should be made on one side of the sheet, exactly in the middle of its height.Once the sheets are punched, we proceed to organize them. We can follow various criteria, depending on the type of papers, we will be interested in following one or the other. The most common are alphabetically (from A to Z) or by date. We can use dividers to create a separation between documents and thus have them classified into different sections.Finally, we insert the papers into the file. We lift the lever to open the rings, attach the sheets, and lower the lever. This way, the rings remain closed and the papers are held in place.When we want to add a new document to our letter, half-letter, or legal-size AZ file, we will do the following: First, we open the sheets to the position where we want to place this new document, then we open the rings by lifting the lever, insert the paper or papers, and finally close the file.
